I understand that simulations test explicit assumptions and plausible futures; they are not guaranteed forecasts or a substitute for accountable professional or public decisions. We review whether simulation adds value, identify the likely evidence threshold and recommend a Sprint, Decision Model, Living Lab—or a simpler method.
