1. Controller
ConsilienceTechCo OÜ, registry code 17555624, Järvevana tee 9, 11314 Tallinn, Estonia, is the controller for the personal information described here. Contact: consilience@consilience.work.
2. Information collected
The fit form collects the business contact and project information you choose to provide, including name, work email, organisation, role, country, decision area, deadline, decision context, affected system, available evidence and required confirmations. Routine hosting and anti-abuse records may include time, network and browser information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use the information to assess fit, reply, prepare a possible proposal, secure the form, keep necessary business records and establish or defend legal claims. The main legal bases are steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing a B2B service, and legal obligations. The form does not make a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect.
4. Providers and international processing
Form hosting, email, infrastructure, accounting and professional service providers may process information for us under applicable terms and safeguards. The public site uses Netlify. Depending on provider operations and authorised working locations, processing may occur outside your country or the European Economic Area under an applicable transfer mechanism where required.
5. Retention
Inactive or unsuccessful fit requests are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the last meaningful contact. If a project proceeds, relevant proposal, contract, invoice and delivery records may be kept for applicable contractual, accounting and limitation periods. Security records may be kept for shorter operational periods unless needed to investigate abuse.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to authorised service providers, professional advisers, competent authorities when legally required, or a legitimate corporate successor with appropriate protections.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection and may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority. We may need to verify your identity and keep limited records where law requires.
8. Cookies and analytics
This microsite does not intentionally set advertising cookies or run behavioural analytics. Essential infrastructure may process routine request and security data to deliver and protect the site. If optional tracking is added later, this notice and any required consent control will be updated first.
9. Data minimisation
Do not submit confidential files, special-category personal data, employee-level datasets, credentials, trade secrets or regulated records through the fit form. If a project proceeds, secure transfer, access and processing terms will be agreed for the actual work.
