1. Who may submit
The form is for business and organisational enquiries made by people authorised to discuss a potential project. It is not a consumer checkout and does not sell a subscription or automatically delivered digital service.
2. Meaning of a submission
A submission is a non-binding request for a fit review. It does not create a contract, order, reservation, exclusivity, payment obligation or duty to accept work. Consilience may accept, decline or suggest a different method or scope.
3. Do not send sensitive material
Provide only the minimum non-confidential information needed to understand the decision, deadline, affected system and available evidence. Do not submit personal-level datasets, credentials, security details, trade secrets or regulated records. Secure transfer and, where appropriate, confidentiality and data-processing terms can be agreed before source material is shared.
4. Engagement terms
Every accepted project is governed by a written order or statement of work identifying deliverables, assumptions, customer inputs, evidence and validation standard, schedule, price, taxes, payment milestones, acceptance criteria, intellectual-property treatment, confidentiality, permitted use and liability. That accepted document controls the engagement.
5. Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for complete, accurate and lawfully obtained inputs; identifying relevant jurisdictions and decision authorities; obtaining approvals; and involving qualified legal, financial, engineering, scientific, ethics, accessibility, privacy, assurance or other professionals where needed. Missing or unreliable evidence may change timing, lower the claim or stop the work.
6. Service boundary
Consilience provides analytical, modelling, scenario and implementation support. Unless a signed project document expressly says otherwise, the service does not include guaranteed forecasts or outcomes, legal advice, certification, assurance, regulatory filing, laboratory testing, engineering sign-off, public consent or autonomous high-impact decisions.
7. Responsible use
Simulation outputs must be interpreted within their documented assumptions, uncertainty and permitted use. They must not be the sole basis for decisions affecting rights, safety, essential services or protected groups. Synthetic agents and modelled stakeholder responses are not surveys, consent or evidence of public opinion.
8. Website availability
The website and form are provided on an “as available” basis. Consilience may update, suspend or withdraw pages or offers. General material may become outdated and does not replace project-specific review.
9. Governing framework and contact
These request terms are governed by Estonian law without limiting mandatory rules that apply independently. Project-specific governing law, venue and dispute terms appear in the accepted engagement document. Questions may be sent to consilience@consilience.work.
