Describe the gap

How it works

A straightforward four-step engagement.

01

Describe the decision

Share a public link, a non-confidential description and the decision your team needs to make.

02

Agree the scope

You receive the deliverables, price, timing and required inputs before any invoice is issued.

03

We prepare the analysis

We trace evidence, test scenarios and flag uncertainty. A person reviews every delivery.

04

Use the result

You receive priorities, evidence gaps, assumptions, owners and practical next steps.

Common questions

Before you request a project.

Is this legal or compliance advice?

No. We organize evidence, analyze scenarios and support implementation. Legal conclusions should be validated by qualified counsel in the relevant country.

Do you certify that we comply?

No. We do not issue certification, assurance or guarantees of compliance. We identify available evidence, material gaps, assumptions and practical next actions.

When does the delivery clock start?

After payment and receipt of the complete input listed in the written scope. Missing or unreliable inputs may change the status of an item to conditional or blocked.

What files do I receive?

The written scope names the files. A typical delivery includes an editable document or spreadsheet plus a PDF copy; included slides are editable. Language and formatting under your organization’s brand are agreed before payment.

Is the work automated?

No. A named analyst reviews every delivery. Where useful, artificial intelligence (AI) helps sort or compare material, but it does not make the final judgment. Any handling of confidential material is agreed in the written scope before files are shared.

Can you deliver under our brand?

Yes. Consultancies, agencies and consortia can use Consilience as a discreet analytical partner under an agreed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and written scope.

How do payment and tax work?

We issue a business invoice in euros after confirming customer details, scope and the applicable value-added tax (VAT) treatment. There is no card checkout or subscription on this site.

Next step

What decision is blocking your team?

Describe it in a few non-confidential lines. We will reply with the recommended service, required inputs, price and earliest available start—or tell you clearly when we are not the right provider.
